  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Shipping Options & Delivery Times:

    • Domestic (Within UK): 3-7 business days

    • International: 7-21 business days, depending on the destination

  • Express Shipping:

    • Domestic (Within UK): 1-3 business days

    • International: 5-10 business days

  • Free Shipping: Free standard shipping on orders over £100. This offer applies to eligible orders within the domestic region only.

Delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other unforeseen factors.

Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method and your location. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees applicable in their country.

Order Tracking:

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • Rebelo is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the carrier directly. We recommend checking with neighbours or your building’s management if applicable.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Rebelo is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve made an error, please contact us immediately at info@rebeloclothing.com—we’ll do our best to assist you before the package ships.
