Wholesale Terms and Conditions

1. Order Minimums

  • The Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) is 30 pieces per order.

  • For discounts or promotions, specific MOQs may apply (e.g., 100+ pieces for event discounts).​

2. Pricing and Discounts

  • All prices are listed in £ and are exclusive of applicable taxes, shipping, and customs fees unless stated otherwise.

  • Promotional discounts (e.g., 20% off at Pure London) are valid only during specified periods and for qualifying orders.

  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice, but confirmed orders will retain agreed pricing.

3. Payment Terms

  • Orders must be paid in full prior to production unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing.

  • Accepted payment methods: [e.g., Bank Transfer, PayPal, Credit Card, etc.]

  • For bulk orders of 500+ pieces, a 50% deposit is required to confirm the order, with the remaining balance due before shipment.

4. Lead Times

  • Standard lead times are 15-21 days from the date payment is received and order details are confirmed.

  • Lead times may vary for custom designs, bulk orders exceeding 500 pieces, or during peak seasons.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Buyers are responsible for shipping costs, customs duties, and import taxes, unless otherwise agreed.

  • Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or other external factors.

  • Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon shipment from our facility.

6. Returns and Exchanges

  • Due to the nature of wholesale orders, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted unless the product is defective or damaged.

  • Claims for defects or damages must be made within 7 days of receiving the order and accompanied by photographic evidence.

7. Custom Designs

  • Custom designs are available upon request and may involve additional costs and extended lead times.

  • A minimum order of 100 pieces applies for custom designs.

  • Once approved, custom designs cannot be altered or cancelled.

8. Intellectual Property

  • All custom designs remain the property of the buyer unless otherwise agreed. Designs created by us may not be reproduced without our consent.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

  • Changes to orders must be requested within 48 hours of order confirmation. Additional fees may apply.

  • Cancellations after production has begun are not permitted.

​

10. Liability

  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the goods purchased.

11. Confidentiality

  • Both parties agree to keep order details and proprietary information confidential.

​

12. Governing Law

  • These terms are governed by the laws of United Kingdom, and any disputes will be resolved in Redbridge.

13. Agreement

  • By placing a wholesale order, the buyer agrees to these terms and conditions.
